Privacy at GrabWeb

What we collect

• The answers you type into the free brief form: your business type, name, location, description, goals and current website.
• Contact details you choose to share — your name, email or WhatsApp number — either with a brief or through the project enquiry form.
• The brief our tool writes for you, stored together with your answers.

We do not collect payment details, and we do not store your IP address or device fingerprint.

Why we collect it

We use your answers to write your brief, to improve our service, and — only if you ask us to — to get in touch about your project. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How the brief is created

The brief is written by an AI service from the answers you provide. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee of results. Your answers are sent to that AI service only to produce your brief.

Who can see your information

Only the GrabWeb team. Submissions are stored privately and are never shown to other visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for up to 12 months, unless they become a client project — in that case we keep what we need to work together.

Ask us to delete your data

Email joingrabweb@gmail.com from the address you used, and we will delete your submission and contact details.
